Local
We source our produce and provisions from local farmers and artisans whenever possible. We believe that building a strong community starts with supporting our local growers and purveyors. Our menus feature chef driven cuisine, with items unique to the micro-season, so that our guests can enjoy foods at their peak quality.
Sustainable
We strive to make all our events as sustainable as possible. That's why we compost kitchen scraps; use reusable dinnerware, napkins and bio-degradable cleaning products; and source from farmers and food purveyors that use environmentally responsible practices. To us, sustainability doesnβt just mean environmental considerations; itβs also about financial and social sustainability. We aim to keep dollars circulating in our local economy by creating partnerships that build community and support local businesses.
Humble
We aim to create culinary experiences that are aesthetically minimalist and incorporate natural elements into our dishes, styling and decor as much as possible. To us, humble means letting the quality of the ingredients we use speak for themselves. From providing a chef curated menu for you and your guests, to styling the table and space, we pay mind to the details, execute to create your ideal culinary experience, and leave the enjoying to you.
